Enzygo’s Landscape Team provide Expert Witness evidence for High Peak Council

High Peak Council with the assistance from Enzygo’s landscape team director Paul Beswick, who provided expert witness evidence on landscape and visual impact, have successfully defended their reasons for refusal at an appeal for housing on the grounds that adverse impacts on the character and appearance of the area “would significantly and demonstrably outweigh the benefits.”

Success as Fire Prevention Plan approved without the need for any further information

Whilst Enzygo’s Permitting team have had all the Fire Prevention Plans they have submitted to the Environment Agency and Natural Resources Wales approved we have a notable recent first – We’ve had a fire prevention plan for a waste transfer station approved by the Environment Agency without having to provide any further information to the Agency. We were informed by the Permitting Officer that this was the first time he has seen a Fire Prevention Plan approved without the need for any further information.
