Keelan Serjeant (Senior Consultant)
Keelan Serjeant has been actively involved in water relayed projects for the last 5 years. Most recently Keelan has been employed within the Planning and Development area by RPS as a Hydrologist for their Leeds office. He has a degree in Geography and a Masters degree in hydrology and over 5 years experience in providing hydrological advice in the areas of water supply, flood modelling, water quality, drainage and business continuity planning.
Keelan has substantial experience in the modelling of hydrological events, 1D and 2D modelling of tidal and fluvial flooding to the simulation of surface water drainage systems. His work has more recently centered on providing flood risk advice and modelling for mineral and waste applications ranging from quarries to energy from waste plants.
