Paula Roberts Bsc (Hons) MRICS (Director of Property and Sites)
Paula Roberts has over 20 years experience as a General Practice Chartered Surveyor.
Over 17 years has been spent employed in –house by National Power and International Power plc, FTSE 100 power station operators as the Property Manager responsible for the corporate real estate portfolio.

Paula has experience in landlord and tenant matters including leases, licences, easements,
rent reviews and renewals. She also has knowledge in sales and acquisitions and producing strategic advice on client property portfolios to minimise costs and maximise returns. Paula has
in-depth power industry experience which is beneficial in managing property where operational needs are paramount. She has particular experience in undertaking due diligence for large scale project acquisition.
